Long before it became a trend in our community to eat locally, we found that shopping at the Farmers' Markets made our food taste much better. We care about where our ingredients come from and the impact our presence has on the earth, ourselves and you. We use as much local meat, eggs, cheese and produce as possible, which means our menus change with the seasons. We visit the farms because it’s important to know the values and practices of the people we buy from. In the end, we take the credit for great flavor, but it all starts with the quality of the ingredients.
