Catering: Delivery, Pick up or In-house (parties!)
We love food. But more than that – we love sharing food. In today’s busy world, we know you don’t always have time to sit down with us and break bread. However, that doesn’t mean we aren’t there for you. Whether you’re planning a business meeting, luncheon, extravaganza or you just can’t bear to turn on the oven – we have the Food Dance favorites you adore available for delivery, pick up or an onsite party.
Honest-to-goodness, farm-fresh food ready for you whenever you need it. Farmers are our secret ingredient. Why not let us be your secret weapon?
Let us bring it to you – our same farm-fresh goodness delivered to your home, office or secret lair. Our normal delivery hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If you have a special date and time we would love to get it to you, we can arrange almost anything. Our deliveries have a $50 minimum and we have FREE Local delivery available with in a few blocks of Food Dance. Outside of that our delivery/set up is $15 and every 5 miles is an additional $15.
Please call us at 269-382-1888 or come in to see us and we can choose a menu together. Our Catering staff is here to help you Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm. After hours you can place an order with our Market staff. We will help put together a perfect menu for you and answer any questions.
Please allow 48 hours advance for orders. This will secure your desired pick up or delivery time and menu selection. Our "Lunch in a Box" is available with 24-hour advance orders.

Sometimes a little escape from your cubicle or your kids is exactly what you need. Come on in and do a bit of shopping and pick up your goodies, your order will be ready in our Market Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 8am-3pm.
Confirmations & Payment
Our staff will confirm your order in advance of your event and email you a copy of your order and invoice. Payment is required and all will be processed the day the order is placed.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so 48 hours prior to your event to avoid cancellation charges. We ask for 50% of the cost with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice.
Don’t get so worn out from the planning, cleaning and cooking for a party – that you’re too tired to enjoy the party. We’ll take care of everything.
Food Dance has three beautiful rooms for your event, which can be reserved individually or in combination, for parties from 15 to 110 guests. We can plan your business breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you are having a meeting or presentation with audio visual we can knock their socks off with our 60" HDTV. Our lovely welcoming space and decor provide the perfect atmosphere to host rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, bridal showers and baby showers. Also the festive holiday decor is perfect for cocktail parties and appreciation events. We can offer you a menu selection that you and your guests will love for an elegant sit-down dinner, casual lunch or a dessert and coffee bar.
