Graduation is a pretty big deal and should be celebrated as such. We can deliver food, you can pick it up, or have a party at our place and we’ll take care of every detail. Think of it as your last contribution to the college meal plan. We put things together to make it easy for you. Our packages include plates, utensils & napkins. Click here to see our PACKAGES!

Catering: Delivery, Pick up or In-house (parties!)

Thank you for choosing us to make an amazing event. Go easy on yourself for your next party, lunch, meeting or event. Let us do the work. We use amazing honest to goodness foods, from the farm to the table. It’s important to us to not only know where our food comes from, but who’s producing it and what their practices are. We visit the local farms we buy from and get to know the farmers. After all, they are our secret ingredient. We'll make as much delicious food as you need, pack it up and have it ready for you to pick up or deliver. Or we can host the party for you at Food Dance in our private dining rooms.

How to Order

Please call us at 269-382-1888 or come in to see us and we can choose a menu together. Our Catering staff is here to help you Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm. After hours you can place an order with our Market staff. We will help put together a perfect menu for you and answer any questions.
Please allow 48 hours advance for orders. This will secure your desired pick up or delivery time and menu selection. Our "Lunch in a Box" is available with 24 hour advance orders.

Deliveries

We can bring it to you! Our normal delivery hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If you have a special date and time we would love to get it to you, we can arrange almost anything.

Our deliveries have a $50 minimum and we have FREE Local delivery available with in blocks of Food Dance. Outside of that our delivery/set up is $15 and each 5 miles is additional $15.

Pick-ups

Come on in and do a bit of shopping and pick up your goodies, your order will be ready in our Market Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 8am-3pm.

Confirmations & Payment

Our staff will confirm your order in advance of your event and email you a copy of your order and invoice. Payment is required and all will be processed the day the order is placed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so 48 hours prior to your event to avoid cancellation charges. We ask for 50% of the cost with less than a 48-hour cancellation notice.

Private Parties

At Food Dance, the choices are almost endless. Food Dance has three beautiful rooms for your event, which can be reserved individually or in combination, for parties from 15 to 124 guests. Plan your business breakfast, lunch or dinner, if you are having a meeting or presentation we offer visual equipment. We have a lovely space and decor to host rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, bridal showers and baby showers. Our holiday decor is perfect for festive cocktail parties. We can offer you a menu selection that you and your guests will love for an elegant sit-down dinner, casual lunch or a dessert and coffee bar.
